Reports reaching our News Desk has it on authority that Paul Pogba is on the verge of leaving Manchester United for Barcelona F.C. The player is understood to have agreed personal terms with the Nou Camp outfit ready for a move to Spain.
As we all know, the transfer window in Spain is still very much open for a deal to be done. Pogba and Barcelona may just take advantage of it.
The relationship between the player and his current manager at Manchester United is known to have been very poor for sometime now and is fueling his drive to leave the Old Trafford.
Mourinho is also said to be unhappy with Pogba’s comment regarding his future at the club. The player had in an interview said: “There are things I can’t say because otherwise I’d get fined. A player can only give his best when he is happy.”
The situation has seen Mourinho and Pogba’s relationship hit an all-time low with the player now wanting to leave the Old Trafford in the current transfer window.
The player’s agent Mino Raiola has gone on to reach an agreement with Barcelona but as to be expected, Manchester United are not ready to sell the player as the Premier League transfer window has closed and the Red Devils would have no chance to sign a replacement.
It is understood that Pogba however, is willing to wait if necessary, until next January or next summer to complete his move to Barcelona.
