Manchester United are reportedly no longer interested in Gareth Bale.

The Real Madrid forward looks set to leave the Spanish capital this summer with manager Zinedine Zidane saying he will leave ‘soon’.

The Red Devils have long been interested in the Wales international and are believed to have tried to sign him twice before.

The Times report that they are no longer keen on a transfer while his best options in Europe are Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

Dean Saunders has told Manchester United to forget about Harry Maguire – and go for Toby Alderweireld instead.

United are understood to be closing in on an £80million deal for Leicester’s Maguire but Saunders can’t understand why they wouldn’t go all out for Alderweireld, who has a £25m release clause in his Tottenham contract.

Manchester City are still interested in signing Harry Maguire.

The Leicester City and England defender has reportedly agreed terms over a move to Manchester United, but rivals City have not given up the chase, claim the Daily Mirror.

However, Pep Guardiola would need to offload both Nicolas Otamendi and Eliaquim Mangala to fund the transfer.
