Manchester United and F.C. Barcelona Disagree On Pogba.

7th August, 2018

The Paul Pogba Transfer issue seems to have taken a different dimension as the F.C. Barcelona seem to have changed their mind on the issue due to the fact that Manchester United have placed demands that the Spanish soccer giants are unwilling to meet.

Reports have it that even though Barca are really serious about acquiring the services of the French midfield superstar and have even gone to the extent of offering  a fee plus both Andre Gomes and Yerry Mina to sign the midfielder, Manchester United are bent on scuttling the deal.

In a bid to do just that, the club has placed an unbelievable price tag on the player. They have decided to ask for the sum of 200 million euros for the player’s transfer. That is a fee that the Catalans say is above their current financial capacity.

The player’s agent, Mino Raiola is actually doing his best to ensure that the player moves on to Barcelona this summer and is believed to have held positive discussions with the Barca Board but the club has decided not to shell out such an amount just to procure the services of the midfielder.

There are reports suggesting that the relationship between Paul Pogba and Manager, Jose Mourinho is not as cordial as it used to be and that has resulted in the player looking to move on to somewhere else.
