The importance of having healthy breasts especially in the case of women cannot be over-emphasised as challenges with that part of the body can pose serious danger to the person’s life. 

Healthy and well shaped breasts not only constitute a very important part of the beauty of women but also a medium to nourish new born babies after giving birth.

Breast care has become even more important in these days of increasing cases of breast cancer. This has made it absolutely necessary for every woman to take special care in maintaining healthy breasts and avert the risk of cancer.

On the other hand, there is the need to avoid carbohydrate rich foods and processed foods if you wish to keep your breasts healthy. It is also advisable that too much smoking and drinking caffeine products must be avoided as they produce numerous free radicals that destroy the normal cells.

Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in plants that helps prevent the damage of DNA of the cells. And so, food rich in beta carotene like carrots, pumpkins help prevent cancer.

Studies have also shown that breast massage can be highly beneficial to maintain healthy breasts. The breast tissues can store lots of chemical wastes that are harmful for the body and so, careful massaging of the breasts helps in flushing out the harmful toxins and wastes through the lymphatic system and restores the nutrients in the tissue.
